Soften Into Fall

Soften back into the earth, into your steadiness, into your calm during this magical, multilayered afternoon of Restorative Yoga, hands-on Reiki, and sacred sound healing. 

Inspired by this season of re-rooting and release, this expansive 2-hour journey includes:

• Seasonal intention-setting

• Relaxing your body into long-held resting shapes on comfy props (provided!)

• Receiving the re-grounding vibrations of sound healing and Reiki energy throughout the practice

• Slowly sipping a cup of tea as you close out the practice, with optional sharing time for those wishing to reflect in community.
