Limited to ten participants per session, these smaller group sound baths in my private studio create space for more tranquility and individualized attention.
 

Things to know about the location:

• Cocoon is a private studio in a residential neighborhood in McLean, VA. Address will be sent in registration confirmation.

• The studio space is located on the basement-level and requires stair access to enter.
   

Things to know about the session:

• Mat, blanket, and eye mask will be provided.

• Optional: bring your own blanket and pillow to get even cozier.

• Wear comfortable clothing that won't feel restrictive while lying down or sitting on the floor.

• Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to get settled in so we can begin on time.
